1. During our first session we will discover your strategies around smoking and your heartfelt reasons that make it essential you stop.  I will design and deliver a bespoke hypnosis script to reinforce this and offer you alternatives that will keep you stopped.

2. The second session takes place normally around day 5, building on our first session, and gives you the tools you need to cope with what life throws at you without reaching for a cigarette.  With nicotine having left your body I will help you to learn to relax without reaching for a cigarette. 

Imagine now how wonderful you feel as you are no longer controlled by needing to smoke.  Often at this stage people are concerned about all those events in life when they previously smoked.  Under gentle hypnosis I will help you face any future anxiety that being a non smoker for life may hold for you.
