I work with many clients who are experiencing symptoms of depression. Some clients have been on anti depressants for many years; others are concerned about taking medication and are looking for a holistic approach to improve their health and wellbeing.

You may feel that you will never heal or that you don’t have the energy to change your situation. Recognise that depressive state; you were not born this way. I have worked with many clients who bravely took that first step and over just a few sessions they now have greater happiness, a better understanding of themselves and are enjoying their life again.
