New Moon New You

So we are 20 days into January. How are you doing? 

If, like me, January and 2015 has been a bit of a “slow burner” and you find your energy and resolve lacking, take comfort that the best is yet to come.

You have just been putting in the groundwork these last few weeks. 

Yesterday was classed as the most depressing day of the year, “Blue Monday”: a day when our resolve weakens, when we are feeling the financial strain of Christmas and struggling to stay committed to our goals.  If you have found yourself sneaking that odd cigarette, or having too many sugary sweets or snacks, or alcohol is tightening its grip around your best of intentions, relax, rewind, and re-focus.

Perhaps you have been thinking about change, or even making some small changes. Well I have some good news for you; supercharge your intentions with the Supermoon new in the sky today.  It’s time for action and celebration with my New Moon, New You campaign.

As Thomas Edison said “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.”

This is no time for regrets, procrastinating or the blame game. The past is past and it led us to now. Let’s get clear on those goals, and what the motivation was behind then.  What will achieving your goal give you?  Is it just for you, or will achieving your goal give something to others also?  Can you imagine waking up the very next day after you have achieved your goal….what will you see, hear, feel and say to yourself?

Relax, rewind and re-focus.

Often we fail to achieve our goals because they are too vague. Asking a few searching questions can give you the motivation to take action.  Why = Motivation.  So where are you in relation to your goal, does it need to be adjusted, redefined and re-focused?
